Happy Birthday Buddy!!

Ty just had his second birthday. I can't believe he is already two! I remember the day Stacy and I took him home from the hospital. It seemed like it was so recent! The birthday party was a lot of fun and, of course, with his big family, he was spoiled as usual! The main thing we wanted to get him this year were Thomas the Train Wooden Railway sets, engines, and tracks. He has really loved trains, trucks, and Lightning McQueen lately!! It was great to see all of our family and enjoy each other's company!! Happy birthday to my little guy: we love you so so much buddy!!

We got him a Lightning McQueen medal that he could wear around his neck.

We also found some of those temporary tattoos that you stick on and get wet. There were some Cars ones. It was funny to put them on and watch him figure out they weren't stickers but were actually on his skin. We was proud of them all night!!

Fun times with Grandpa as always!!

He was so excited about this first one that he almost didn't want to open the other presents he had.  :)

Stacy made the cake. It was delicious! Ty started blowing out the candles as soon as he saw the cake, even when it was still like seven feet away from him. He had two sets of candles and blew them all out in two breaths!! Nice job buddy

Post-present opening playtime with Grandma!

He's still trying to get the hang of driving long trains on the tracks. It's complicated work with constant derailments!!

Ty's cousin, Brian, enjoying the balloons. Such a cute little guy!!
